Question 1

What is ILSERIS?

Accepted Answer

ILSERIS is a connected platform for governance, risk, compliance and operational resilience. Govern, Third parties & Contracts, Resilience, Respond, Assurance and Exercise share one data model, so a policy, the risk it covers, the contract that depends on it, the recovery plan and the audit are linked records rather than separate tools.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Risk, compliance, third-party, contract, continuity, incident and internal audit teams in regulated organisations, and the executives and board members who need one view of the result.

Question 3

Does ILSERIS help with DORA and NIS2?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Frameworks hold laws and standards as rulebooks with applicability and coverage; third parties, contracts and the business impact analysis are linked records; incidents can be classified and regulatory notifications drafted; audits can be run as DORA or NIS2 engagements. Compliance remains your decision: the platform organises the work and the evidence.

Question 4

Does the AI make decisions?

Accepted Answer

No. AI drafts the first version, for example incident classification and notification drafts, contract obligation extraction, risk drafts or report commentary, and a person reviews and decides.

Question 5

Which languages does the application support?

Accepted Answer

The user interface is available in English, French and Dutch.

Question 6

Do we have to license every module?

Accepted Answer

No. You license ILSERIS Core plus the modules you need, and you can add modules later. Additional modules come at a decreasing incremental cost.

Question 7

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

The licence is priced by organisation size and the modules you choose; implementation and connectors are scoped separately. We do not publish prices. Request a demo and we will prepare a proposal for your scope.

Question 8

How long does implementation take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the modules, the data you bring and the connectors you need. Implementation is scoped separately, together with you, so the plan and the effort are agreed up front.

Question 9

Can we connect our existing systems?

Accepted Answer

ILSERIS has a public REST API with an OpenAPI specification. Connectors to specific systems are scoped as part of the implementation.

Question 10

Is there a free trial or self-service sign-up?

Accepted Answer

No. We start with a demo based on your situation, then agree the scope together.

Question 11

Who can see and change what?

Accepted Answer

Access is controlled with role-based permissions per module, managed by your administrators in the administration console.

Question 12

Are changes recorded?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The audit trail records who changed what, with the value before and after the change.

Question 13

Where is our data hosted?

Accepted Answer

We share our security documentation with your security and procurement teams during the evaluation, so they can review it against your own requirements.

Question 14

Which certifications and single sign-on options do you support?

Accepted Answer

We share our security documentation with your security and procurement teams during the evaluation, so they can review it against your own requirements.
