Why ILSERIS

GRC that behaves like one system.

Most GRC stacks are a list of modules joined by exports. ILSERIS is one data model: the requirement, the control, the supplier, the incident and the audit are records that already know about each other.

Principles

Six principles behind the platform

What we hold ourselves to when we design a feature.

  1. A connected data model, not a module list

Policies, risks, contracts, recovery plans and audits are linked records in one model. Connections exist because the data is shared, not because someone built an integration.

  2. One record, many uses

Assess a control or a supplier once and reuse the result across every framework that asks for it, instead of answering the same question per regulation.

  3. Always audit-ready

Requirement, control, evidence, finding and CAPA form one traceable chain, and the audit trail records who changed what, with the value before and after.

  4. Resilience, not just compliance

An incident leads to a recovery, the recovery to lessons learned, and those lessons feed back into risks, plans and controls. The loop closes in the same system.

  5. AI that drafts, people decide

AI prepares drafts such as risk descriptions, incident classifications and contract extractions. A person reviews and decides; nothing is applied on its own.

  6. Built for Belgian and European regulated organisations

Designed around DORA and NIS2, with the interface in English, French and Dutch so every team can work in its own language.

Modular

Start small, grow in place

You do not have to switch everything on at once. Every module works on the same data.

  1. Start with one module

Begin where the pressure is today, for example third-party risk for DORA or incidents for NIS2.

  2. Add modules on the same data

Switch on the next module when you are ready. Your existing records stay where they are; nothing is migrated.

  3. Connections appear as you grow

The supplier you onboarded links to the contract, the recovery plan and the audit as those modules come in.
