This notice covers this website only. Personal data processed in the ILSERIS platform is covered by the agreement with each customer.

What we collect

We only collect the details you enter in our forms and, for the maturity assessment, the scores calculated from your answers.

• Demo request: first name, last name, work email, company, company size, the modules you are interested in, your message (optional) and your consent.
• Contact form: name, email, company (optional), topic, message and your consent.
• Maturity assessment: first name, last name, work email, company, your overall and per-dimension scores, and your consent. Your individual answers are not sent.

When you submit a form, our server briefly uses your IP address, in memory only, to limit abusive submissions. It is not stored with your request.

Why we use it

• To answer your question or request.
• To arrange, prepare and hold a demo.
• To follow up on your request.
• To follow up on your maturity assessment results.
• To protect this website against abuse.

We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling.

Legal basis

We process your form details on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give with the checkbox on the form, and our legitimate interest in following up on your request and keeping this website secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details no longer than needed to handle your request and follow up, and at most 24 months.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Where service providers help us run this website or handle requests, they process your data only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement.
